Behind Cenizo, you will find me, Daniel del Rosario Hernández. I am not an estate agent or a property management firm; I am a private owner managing my own properties.

My philosophy is simple: direct contact and transparency. Every property you see on this website is owned outright by me. I have no business partners or middlemen, which allows me to provide personal attention to every detail and ensure the properties are kept in excellent condition—after all, I care about them as much as you do.

What I offer:

• Seasonal Rentals: My properties are rented as "Short-Term/Seasonal Lets" (under the Spanish LAU law) for those needing a temporary home due to work, digital nomadism, or relocation.

• Not Vacation Rentals: I do not offer Alquiler Vacacional (Vv). My focus is on providing a stable, residential environment for medium-term stays rather than tourist accommodation.
